Terms and Conditions

Shipping

All merchandise in stock is available for immediate shipment. Orders received by 2PM are shipped the same day as received. We ship by UPS Ground. If you are in urgent need it can be sent UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. We will pick up 1/2 the shipping charges for all UPS Ground orders shipped within the state of Florida. Any order shipped to a freight forwarder for export is not subject to the 1/2 off shipping. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. You will also be charged any and all fees assessed from incorrect addresses.

All orders will have insurance automatically added to the shipping charges. If you do you not want to purchase insurance for your order you must contact us before your order is processed. If you choose this option, Visby Products will not be held responsible for any items that may have been damaged in transit. All orders will have a $4 handling charged added to the freight charges to help offset the continued rising costs that we all are experiencing.

We will not ship any orders placed online internationally or to any freight forwarders for export. If you are an international customer and would like to order, please contact us for further information.

In the event that you would to order an item that is not currently stocked, there may be the option of drop shipping directly from our supplier. Please contact us for more information.

All prices are FOB Wellington, FL.

Cedit Cards and Payment Options

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We will also accept Zelle and Wire Transfers. Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with wire transfers. PayPal is available as well with a 4.5% surcharge added to the order. We do not accept COD

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Web site errors do occur occasionally and prices are adjusted accordingly. If you have questions please call us at 1-561-965-9602.

Claims

If you experience a shortage on an order, please check invoice to see if the item has been back-ordered. We will ship backorders as soon as they become available. Your package may be tracked online with the UPS website – www.ups.com with your tracking number. Please be assured that if there is a mistake on your order, we will make it right as quickly as we possibly can. 

If packages arrive damaged or with missing contents, please contact us immediately. Please hold on to all packaging including any packing material included in your shipment. 

Returns / Cancellations 

Do not return a product without authorization from Visby Products Farrier Supply. Products need to be returned within 30 days to avoid a restocking fee of 20%. These charges must be paid before any further orders will be sent. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Any new customer orders are subject to verification prior to shipment.
