The 2 degree wedge design helps to support run down heels or to correct other problems deemed necessary. The ED QUEENS PLATE conforms to British Rules of Racing. The TOE CLIP on this shoe is used to help keep the racing plate from slipping back on the hoof, to reduce pressure on the hoof wall, and it also helps the nails stay tightly clinched.
